Bruce Donkin offers over 29 years experience as a valuer. He has been a registered valuer since 1979, is an associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and also a senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
A resident of Auckland's North Shore since 1981, Bruce established Bruce Donkin and Associates Limited in 1985. Bruce has wide valuation experience having begun his career with the Valuation Department (as it was then known) in Christchurch, and later working for the department in Invercargill. In 1981 Bruce moved to Auckland to take up a position as Senior Valuer with the Northern Building Society (later the United Building Society). In 1985 Bruce left to establish his own successful practice.
